Dr. Shikha Agarwal has obtained her MBA degree in Management (Finance) in 2004 from North Gujarat University, B.Ed. from MDU, Rohtak and completed PhD (Finance) from Jagannath University, Bahadurgarh, Delhi. She has more than fifteen years of teaching experience mostly to graduate, post graduate students and corporate employees with areas of interest in Finance and Accounts and currently services in IIHS Ghaziabad as Assistant Professor and coordinator in B.com department. She has published 15 research papers in National and International Journals of repute, received best paper medal and letter of appreciation for some of the papers also. She has authored 3 books and several other books are in circulation in UP certified universities. She has also participated in 4 workshops,3 seminars and 8 FDP in which one as a resource person. She has 1 patent and 2 certifications to her credit. She is throughout scholarship holder from school to graduate and post graduate through central government enterprise. Certificate of best scholar is also awarded from the university. She is also a member of IARDO.
