Objective of the Workshop - The workshop aimed to provide students with conceptual clarity on the fundamentals of Tax Planning and Compliance. It was designed to help them understand the structure of income tax, different heads of income, process of tax filing and compliance in our country.

Summary of the Session - The session was conducted successfully by Mr. Sandeep Sahu, who initiated the discussion with the concept and background of taxation in India. He emphasized the importance of tax planning for individuals and businesses to ensure legal compliance and financial efficiency.

Towards the end of the workshop, the resource person discussed Tax Filing Procedures and ITR Filing, guiding students on how to file returns accurately and the importance of maintaining compliance with tax regulations.
