Prof. Prashant Prabhakar is working as Assistant Professor in Commerce and Management with additional responsibility of Head Academics at IIHS, Ghaziabad. He is a certified Faculty of University Grants Commission, New Delhi with 14 years experience in Higher Education. His core areas of specializations are HR & Law. He is a law graduate from MJP Rohailkhand University, Bareilly (Uttar Pradesh) along with Bachelor & Master Degree in Business Administration from APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) Formally known as Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow. He has worked with SGT University Gurugram (Haryana) as an Assistant Professor in Faculty of Commerce & Management. He was also the core member of Young Leadership Program and associated with Pro Vice-Chancellor office for Policy Formulation, Implementation & Evaluation at University Level. His other job assignments are with ABES Institute of Technology, Ghaziabad, Vidya School of Business, Vidya Knowledge Park, Meerut & SIMT Rudrapur as Head, Department of Business Administration. He is also having 4 years corporate experience with Axis Bank Limited, Rudrapur, J.J.Foams Private Limited, Ghaziabad and Medico Herbs Private Limited, Meerut.

He is an Associate Member of Manohar Parrikar Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses, New Delhi. He has been appointed as examiner in project evaluation for post graduate student in Business Administration. During his previous job assignment he has worked in the domain areas of Training & Placement, Examinations and Admissions etc. He is actively involved in mentoring of students and delivered student counseling sessions in various schools of NCR. He is currently pursuing PhD from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut in the area of Management. He has also Publish Book Reviews and Research Papers in Journals and attended Workshops, Seminars & Faculty Development Programs organized by Universities and institutes.
